Thomas McGlynn is one of Sydney’s most respected real estate professionals and auctioneers. Passionate, trusted, and dependable, Thomas’ 17 years of real estate experience includes holding pivotal leadership roles at both McGrath and The Agency. As Chief Executive Officer of leading Sydney property group BresicWhitney, Thomas draws on his strong sales experience, robust auctioneering skills – having called over 6,000 auctions – and management nous, to steer the group’s successes.
While his approach to leadership is continually evolving, it is grounded in humility, resilience, and an appreciation for the nuances of the real estate market, and the emotional connection that people feel to property. Chris started his career in a Chartered Accounting firm, and while learning his profession, he instinctively looked at how to help his clients improve their businesses through ideas and innovation, rather than just complete the returns required.
Chris’ extensive experience in the real estate industry dates back to 2001 when he worked for Ray White to build online KPI’s software, the best real time data tracker of the Real Estate Industry for agents lead and lag KPI’s, known as Ray White Group’s Wealth Partners.
In 2007 Chris started his own business, Live Real Estate Accounts, which is now part of his Live Group that comprises 3 pillars: data and analytics, revenue maximization and profit protection. He has worked with almost every Franchise Group by presenting his business model and helping owners recognise that numbers reflect actions, so to change your numbers you need to change your actions. Todd Conklin began his real estate career in Sun Valley, Idaho, where he specialized in high-end resort properties. Todd quickly became a top selling agent in the area and opened his own office in July of 2006.
Since that time, Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has blossomed into a thriving, multi-market, 500 agent franchise which includes a commercial real estate division—Coldwell Banker Commercial
Prime Properties. Now a published author and founder of a coaching company, The Corner Office Coach, Todd continues his passion for enterprise by helping other CEO’s grow their businesses and change lives.

Mike Green has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Joining the industry in sales in Parnell, Auckland at 19 years old, as well as sales, Mike has managed company owned offices, grown his own franchise and held senior corporate roles as well as now being a 50% owner and Managing Director of Harcourts International.
He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland). With nine offices and over 150 people, the operation achieved No 1 Harcourts Franchise for Harcourts New Zealand for four consecutive years.
Moving to Queensland, Australia in 1997, Mike and Irene Green were responsible for the establishment and growth of Harcourts’ Australian arm. Taking over as Managing Director of Harcourts International in December 1999, Mike then became responsible for the overall operation and direction of Harcourts’ group of companies.
In 2000 the Group had a total of 105 offices across New Zealand and Queensland, Mike has led the group over the last 23 years, growing the organization to now encompass over 900 offices operating in ten countries with more than 10,000 people. Harcourts is number 1 in New Zealand, number 2 in Australia and number 3 in South Africa and completed in excess of $50 billion in sales volume in the last financial year.
