Adrian brings lived experience to his role as CEO for Harcourts Group Australia. Having owned and operated his own successful real estate agencies, and having held a number of key corporate roles, Adrian has a contagious keenness for all things real estate.

With skills and experience in the property industry spanning recruitment, property marketing, auction process, business processes and technology implementation, and change management, Adrian leads a national team of 12 direct reports across residential, rural and commercial real estate, and mortgage brokerage.

Through some of the most unpredictable years the market has seen during his time as the Harcourts Australia CEO, Adrian is proud that Harcourts has continued to grow its market share.

Most recently, Adrian oversaw the rollout of the biggest technology implementation in the history of Harcourts, with its associated challenges and changes.
