For someone who has achieved such a high level of success, Gary Peer is a man with his feet firmly on ‘South-Eastern’ ground.

Since starting the agency in 1986, Gary has been utterly focused on growing the business into the immense success it is today. His unwavering commitment to exceeding the expectations of each client, and to inspiring and supporting his team, is as strong now as it was back then.

And yet, despite the energy he pours into work, this born and bred local maintains a wide range of interests. Gary is passionate about golf and racehorses, though hasn’t reached the pinnacle of success in either! He also plays squash, tennis, table tennis and cards, and is a fervent supporter and sponsor of both Carlton and Ajax football clubs.

It seems clear that Gary’s family had no choice but to work in the business in order to see him!

Ultimately though, it is Gary’s relationship with his business partner Phillip that forms the backbone of the organisation. Their close friendship of more than 30 years, mutual trust, respect and shared values are what keep the business strong.

Steve was born and bred in Port Lincoln and raised in a real estate family. He has worked in the Port Lincoln real estate industry since 1987 and has been Principal of the company since 2000 after taking over from his father and founder of the business, Reg Kemp.

Steve has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and specialises in all aspects of real estate sales and developments in Port Lincoln and surrounding areas of the Lower Eyre Peninsula. Steve regularly donates to Royal Flying Doctor Service and as a company has donated over $48,000 to the valuable service. He is actively involved as support person to the bike riders for the bi-annual charity bike ride, Treasure Life Ride, raising valuable funds for Matthew Flinders Home and Ronald McDonald House Adelaide as well as other community groups by donating his time through auctions or speaking events.

Mike Green has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Joining the industry in sales in Parnell, Auckland at 19 years old, as well as sales, Mike has managed company owned offices, grown his own franchise and held senior corporate roles as well as now being a 50% owner and Managing Director of Harcourts International.

He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland). With nine offices and over 150 people, the operation achieved No 1 Harcourts Franchise for Harcourts New Zealand for four consecutive years.
